Esmé Dollow

Esmé creates contemporary still life artwork which explores the intricacies, charm and beauty of everyday objects. Focussing on their visual qualities, she aims to produce an intimate and emotive representation of each item she paints: from the nostalgia of a pack of playing cards, to the temptation of food items ready to be devoured.. Her watercolour and pencil illustrations are created on a delicate small scale, in conjunction with her baking practice under 'Schmears and Sketches'. Her works are held in UK institutions and private homes globally. She is open to commission work.
