Welcome to Next In Print!

We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network with over 130 local production facilities worldwide, to ensure your artwork is printed and shipped as close to your location as possible. This helps reduce delivery times, shipping costs, and environmental impact.


Where We Ship

We ship to most countries around the world. Orders are automatically routed to the closest available production partner to your delivery address. If local production isn’t available for a product, Gelato will route the order to the next nearest facility.

Note: We currently cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or remote islands in certain countries.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs.


Processing & Production Time

  • Production time: Typically 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
  • Each item is made to order — we begin printing as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

During peak seasons (such as holidays), production may take slightly longer.


Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

All delivery estimates are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.


Delivery Guarantee (Applicable Regions)

Our print partner Gelato provides a Quality & Delivery Guarantee for select products and regions, including framed art prints, posters, and canvases.

  • If your order arrives more than 5 business days late beyond the estimated delivery window — you may be eligible for a 20% refund.
  • If your order arrives more than 10 business days late beyond the estimated window — you may be eligible for a full refund.

This guarantee applies to customers in Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.


Packaging & Handling

  • Framed and canvas prints are shipped in sturdy boxes with corner protection and padding.
  • Posters and fine art prints are shipped rolled in protective tubes.

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Product type and size
  • Chosen shipping method (Standard or Express)

You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. During peak seasons, transit times may be longer than usual.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Delays & Exceptions

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays can impact delivery times, especially for international orders or remote areas.
