Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or report an issue with your order.

Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or colour preference. Each product is custom printed just for you.

Quality Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order. If you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us at hello@nextinprint.com within 30 days of receiving your item and we will investigate the issue.

If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not feasible, or you cannot wait for a new order, we will issue a refund.

Colour Consistency

We use consistent print machines, paper types, and processes to minimise colour variations. However, printing is a chemical process and 100% colour consistency cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as machine type, settings, paper type, humidity, and machine maintenance may cause slight colour variations. These variations are considered within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

To Request a Refund or Report an Issue

Contact us at hello@nextinprint.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective or damaged product

If your request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on next steps. Please note: returns are generally not sent back to a physical address, as items are produced on demand. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive defective or damaged items, we will cover the costs of a new order. This includes:

  • Damage to the delivered products
  • Errors in the number or quantity of delivered products
  • Lack of quality of the delivered products

Lost Orders

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement order free of charge.

Returned to Sender

Orders returned to the sender may occur due to:

  • Wrong Address: if the address is insufficient, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely.
  • Rejected by the Recipient: if the shipment is rejected, it will be returned and disposed of safely.
  • Unclaimed: if the shipment is not collected from a carrier pick-up point, it may be returned to the sender.

For these cases, please place a new order and contact us at hello@nextinprint.com so we can arrange a refund for the product price of the new order (you will still be responsible for shipping costs).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For defective or printing-related issues, we will work directly with Gelato to arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Because our products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. We also do not accept returns for: Gift cards

Exchanges

Since our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different design or item, you may place a new order after your issue has been resolved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue. If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
